The service
ezhire lets a recruiter publish a role, generate a shareable link, and collect a conversational interview from candidates. Candidates verify an email address, chat through a flow, and may upload a resume. The recruiter receives structured answers, a transcript, resume text, and an AI-generated evaluation.
Accounts and verification
Recruiters sign in with an email magic link; candidates verify with a one-time code. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction to use the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use ezhire to break the law, to discriminate unlawfully, to submit false information, to upload malware, or to interfere with or overload the service. Do not attempt to access data that is not yours, probe the platform without authorization, or use automated means to scrape or bulk-submit. We may suspend access that violates these terms.
Recruiter responsibilities
If you post an opening, you are responsible for the role, the questions you ask, and how you use candidate data. You must have a lawful basis to collect and review candidate information, must use it only for the hiring process, and must handle deletion requests and retention requirements that apply to you. You must not ask for sensitive information that is not necessary for the role.
Candidate content
You keep ownership of the answers, resumes, and other content you submit. You grant ezhire and the recruiter for the role a license to store, process, and display that content for the purpose of running the interview and evaluating your application. You confirm you have the right to submit it.
AI outputs
Interview replies and evaluations are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are decision support, not advice, and must not be used as the sole basis for a hiring decision. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them.
Availability and changes
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue the service. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above, and continued use means you accept them.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ezhire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost opportunities arising from use of the service or from AI-generated outputs. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
